Auburn, Manly Shelves, Snake.

Hannah and I say "War Eagle!!!"That was a great game last night, and it seems like Auburn has a pretty good team this year.
In our Auburn duds

Last night, we had our friends David and Brandy Calhoun come over to hang out. David and Daniel worked on a few projects, such as fixing the bookshelves in my craft closet, hanging the curtain rod in the Dining Room, and hanging the mirror in the entry hall. I am so thankful to both of them for doing all of that! While the guys took care of "handy-dandy" things, Brandy, Hannah, and I enjoyed some time hanging out and getting the Halloween decorations up. Yes, I know it's not October yet...but I feel I did pretty good waiting until September 26th to start decorating the house. I love Halloween and can't wait to post pictures of Hannah's first Halloween!

Pictures from last night...

This is what happens when the ladies go outside to enjoy the night air for a bit...they return to find the guys have emptied a beer bottle (traditional method), washed out the insides, and put a bottle nipple on the beer bottle, then handed it to Hannah...

Finishing results of the magnificent, amazingly, wonderful, spectacular shelves that the guys built!

And then this morning I feel that Daniel and I were officially welcomed into the countryside...I found a snakein the garage....Ekk!

Redbirds Game

On August 15th and September 15th, we went to a Memphis Redbirds game with Brandy and David Calhoun. The Redbirds are the farm team for the St. Louis Cardinals. On both dates they played Sacramento River Cats. Redbirds lost on August 15th (4-7). Redbirds won on September 15th (1-0). Yes, I did have to look the score up because I was more into visiting with our friends, then watching baseball. We had such a great time...both times!

Sorry these pictures took so long to get posted! I know I am a failure at blogging! These pictures are from Brandy's camera, but I am getting one soon!
