Happy late Mother's Day to all my friends and family that follow the blog! We had a very busy weekend and I do need to apologize that I am just posting now to everyone that has been asking for pictures. I am still trying to recover from the weekend, as well as my trip with just the girls to Costco...kinda difficult.
Anywho, my parents came up on Saturday morning to Memphis to celebrate Mother's Day and join us at church for Gryffyn's baptism. They were kind enough to watch the girls Saturday night while Daniel and I took Gryffyn's godparents, David and Brandy Calhoun, out to dinner at Texas de Brazil. We had such a great time hanging out with them and the food was amazing!
Sunday morning Gryffyn was baptized at Faith Lutheran Church by Pastor Timm Griffin. It was such a joy to have him perform the baptism, and to have good friends and family join us in the celebration.

Papa and Dearie Funderburk with the girlsFor those of you who are wondering why Hannah is not in the main pictures, or so casually dressed...she had a little accident (on Brandy). Hannah wore a very cute NEW outfit for the service and seemed to enjoy the actual baptism, but right before the sermon started she became very uncomfortable and had a wardrobe malfunction on Brandy's dress. Brandy took it in stride like a true godmother, and helped me take care of things so we could return to the service and we took pictures after the service ended. I can't decide if Hannah was just hazing Brandy or if she just wanted to make sure I had a funny story to tell years from now.
