I am sorry it has taken me so long to post new pictures of the girls. I think I have spoiled a few of you by posting once a week...I might have even spoiled myself since these are some really cute moments.

Our internet connection at home has been acting up which has made trying to post pictures extremely interesting in the cursing-at-the-computer-wanting-to-throw-something type of way.

But now it is up and running and what better way to start a post then showing a beautiful girl smiling. This is Gryffyn a few days ago right before we started Tummy Time on her blanket that my cousin Liesa gave her. Gryffyn smiles before Tummy Time, not during, and definitely not after! I am doing Tummy Time more often with her in hopes that she will start rolling over soon. She will kick her legs so that she changes positions, and she will lift both legs and arms so she looks like she is flying like Superwoman, but no rolling over.
In this post, I have some extremely sad news to share. One of my dear friends, Lauri, is moving with her family to St. Louis in August. I met Lauri last year through a Bible Study group at Faith Lutheran Church. She has been an extremely supportive and caring friend who is willing to watch our kids at a moments notice. I will miss her terribly, but understand that this move is the best for her family. With that being said, the girls and I wanted to get a little extra time with Lauri's kids, Lindsey and Gavin. I asked, and Lauri accepted, the idea of letting me borrow Lindsey and Gavin this past Monday for a few hours so Hannah could play with her friends. Gryffyn loved watching them play and got out a few great giggles.

We are also trying to work on Gryffyn sitting up. She likes sitting in her Bumpo Chair for 15 minutes at a time now. Hannah likes to sit next to her when this happens and talk to her. She is really good at trying to include Gryffyn in things...I hope this continues!

This video cracks me up! It is a video of Hannah cooking while I am cooking dinner. She is starting to understand the difference between yes and no, and tries to use her words to convey her understanding.
