Gryffyn's birthday fell on a Sunday this year, so we celebrated her birthday that following Monday with her classmates during afternoon snack and the following Saturday with more friends.
Gryffyn's teacher, Ms. Mari, has a tradition where the student makes a crown to wear before their special snack. Daddy got to help make her special crown, and she was ALL smiles!
Cinderella, Cinderella, I hear a Cinderella FAN!
Special Crown put on by Ms. Mari with three balloons on her chair.
We received this note after the afternoon snack party concerning Hannah...I couldn't stop laughing!
Birthday preparations got underway on Saturday morning...Gryffyn loved making Monster balloons!
Treats for friends who came to celebrate with us...
Our little MONSTER!
Started the party with everyone outside for a little Monster Spray (silly string).
Playroom turned out to be a huge success.
And finish out the fun with some homemade ice cream cake.
Next day, after some swim time, Hannah wowed Dan on her game playing skills!
We love having PlayMobil so close on those rainy Florida days!
Relay season started in March, and Lake Park had their Relay the last weekend in April. Although I have been reassigned to a different location, my friends Kelly and Vicky helped me to lend support to some old friends and committee members.
That following Sunday, we visited Build-A-Bear workshop for the first time to spend giftcards from our friends the Scott family gave us for the girls' birthday presents.
Meet Gigi the white cat, and Beachy the pink bear.
Last practice before big dance rehearsal, and Gryffyn's class tried on their costumes...so cute!
